Overview

When you test the Oracle User Experience monitor to generate an Oracle code, the following error message displays:

ORA-28547: connection to server failed, probable Oracle Net admin error

Cause

Incorrect Oracle Net administrative setup for database links or external procedure calls.

Resolution

Contact your Oracle administrator to address these issues by setting up remote procedure calls on the target server
