Product section

Serv-U Managed File Transfer & Serv-U FTP Server

Cause

The license key was not registered during the upgrade. In the previous Serv-U version, the old license may have still worked even if it was expired, but would stop working after an upgrade to 15.1.5.

Resolution

  1. Register the Serv-U MFT license key. (Refer to the following KB article: Register Serv-U and Serv-U Gateway license key.)
  2. Re-run the upgrade. (Refer to the following KB article: Upgrade to the latest version of Serv-U.)
