Cause

Version Installed on APE or Additional Workstation does not match the one installed on the Primary Polling Engine

Resolution

 

1. Check Network Atlas Version on Primary Polling Engine

    Example Versions: 1.12.0.1007, 1.8.330.1 etc.
 

NOTE: Versions used on both machines should match C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Installers

2a. Copy Network Atlas MSI installer to APE or Additional Workstation
2b. Download Network Atlas from the Orion Web Console or Customer Portal
 

  • If you edit a current map on any view and enable the Show Network Atlas Download link
  • Login and Download Network Atlas from Customer Portal

3. Uninstall the incompatible version of Network Atlas

4. Install a compatible version of Network Atlas
