Error When Exiting NOC View on Duplicated Dashboards in the SolarWinds Platform Web Console

When duplicating a Dashboard in Database Manager, enabling NOC View on the duplicated Dashboard, and then attempting to exit NOC View, an Error page appears.

Overview

After duplicating a dashboard and enabling NOC view, attempting to exit NOC view fails with a 404 error:

Cause

In the Dashboard table within the database, the duplicated Dashboard has its UniqueKey value set to NULL, unlike the original Dashboard.

This missing UniqueKey causes the system to fail when handling the NOC View exit process, resulting in the error.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the following platform versions:

Oxygen (2025.2)
Polonium (2025.4)

Customers on affected versions are advised to upgrade to one of the fixed releases to prevent this behavior.
