Change SolarWinds.WebLauncher Compatibility

Locate and access C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion
Right-click on SolarWinds.WebLauncher.exe and click on Properties > Compatibility > Change Settings For All Users
Put a check on the following:
- Run this program and compatibility mode for
- Run this program as an administrator
Click on OK to save the settings
