WPM Recorder is failing with Error: Uncaught (in promise): Error: Request failed with status code 404 Error: Request failed with status code 404. Reinstall the deprecated Recorder.

Cause

Corrupted deprecated Recorder installation.

Resolution

Reinstall the WPM Recorder (deprecated). This can be performed by navigating to the primary WPM server under path:
C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Installers\WPM-[version]-TransactionRecorderDeprecated.MSI

Copy the MSI from the primary WPM server and run on the machine where the Recorder is needed.
