Cause
Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
- Check that the flow storage directory on the flow storage server has enough space.
- Verify that the built-in Network Service Account has read and write access to the location of the NTA Flow Storage Database.
- Check if any antivirus application is turned on and actively scanning flow storage directories.
- Verify the directories that need to be excluded from antivirus protection. Refer to Files and directories to exclude from antivirus scanning for Orion Platform products
- Run NTA storage Configurator on the Orion NTA storage server.
NOTE: Make sure the SQL information, User ID, and Password are correct
1. Rerun the CW and for SQL Server config (both for SolarWinds Platform DB and NTA Flow Storage) in the server field add/make sure there is "TCP:" before the server hostname/IP. Let us know if the issues remain.
for example: "ourserver1" will be changed to "TCP:ourserver1"
