Cause

This issue occurs when similar port numbers are assigned to Websites in IIS manager.

Resolution

  1. Start > Run > Inetmgr and launch the IIS manager.
  2. In IIS manager, check all the sites bindings by doing the following:

a. Open IIS and expand the Websites list.

b. Right-click on a website.

c. Select Bindings.

d. Go through each website listed and make sure there is no similar ports assigned to more than one website.
