Resolution

  1. Access the Internet Information (IIS) Manager.
  2. Expand your server.
  3. Click Application Pools.
  4. Click Solarwinds Orion Application Pool.
  5. On the right-hand side in the Actions tab, click Recycle.

Try to log in to your SolarWinds Platform Web Console, your issue should be resolved.
