3. Check if there are other WHD process running

a. Launch the Microsoft Services
b.  Look for whd java service
c.  End the java service.
d.  Refresh the WHD page.

4. Change the port to check if there is no port conflict.

If the Web help desk is using port 80 for HTTP or 443 for HTTPS, change it to port 8081 or 8443:
a. Remote into WHD Server
b. Open the whd.conf file
Linux: /usr/local/webhelpdesk/
Windows: C:\Program Files\WebHelpDesk\conf
c. Change the port to:

5. Check if this is only happening only on specific machine as this may be an issue on the machine security settings.
