Enabling 64 Bit Counters for interface statistic polling

In NPM, if multiple 10-gigabit interfaces are installed and the 64-bit counter is not enabled, the bandwidth graphs show the wrong data. To enable 64-bit counters, complete the steps in this article.

Resolution

On the Orion Web Console, go to Manage Nodes.
Select the check box for your node.
Select Edit Properties.
Under SNMP, select the check box for Allow 64 Bit Counters.
Click Submit.
