Resolution

Open an elevated CMD window.
Open the following directory:
- c:\program files(x86)\syslogd\setup\
Run the following command:
- kiwisyslogwebaccess_{highest version}_setup.exe /log c:\kiwiwebinstall.log
Once an error is received, open the following file for analysis:
- c:\kiwiwebinstall.log
