This article provides information on how to turn on the audible alerts (Alert Sound) feature on the Enterprise Operations Console web console. 

Enterprise Operations Console

For EOC

1. Log in to the EOC Web Console using an admin account.
2. Navigate to Settings > All Settings. Under User Account, click Manage Accounts.
3. Select the accounts for which feature is to be enabled, and then click Edit.
   • 
4. Under Alerts, locate Alert Sound and select the sound file from drop-down list.

5. Click Submit to save the changes.

For NPM

1. Log in to the Orion Web Console using an admin account.
2. Select account for which feature is to be enabled, and then click Edit.
   • 
3. Select the sound file from drop-down list.
   • 
4. Click Update User to save the changes.
