Email alert showing exponential value instead of actual bandwidth utilization in mbps units

Upgrade from 11.0 > 11.5.3 > 12.0 > 12.0.1. But alert never get migrated properly thus actual value of bandwidth utilization was not interpreted correctly within Email alert. It was showing 8.706991E+07 instead of the actual mpbs values (984622 mpbs) in the email alert receive by customer.

Overview

Bandwidth alert did not migrate correctly during the software update. This resulted in the actual value of bandwidth utilization not being interpreted correctly within email alert.

For example, The alert email bandwidth value is showing as 8.706991E+07 instead of the actual Mpbs values (984622mbps) in the email alert being received.

Cause

The alert was not migrated properly from the previous to the later Orion version.

Resolution

Edit the alert triggered action.
Add the variable to display the actual bandwidth utilization correctly
