Resolution

SolarWinds does not test against any Microsoft updates but only full operating system versions or in some cases, significant OS jumps, i.e. service packs. With the way in which the updates are built and applied by Microsoft every month, sometimes every week, it is too vast of an endeavor to test every aspect of the application against every update, iteration and roll-up, while at the same time testing against known or suspected issues within the application and its modules itself.

If you encounter an issue with SolarWinds after installing a Microsoft patch, please let us know, but be aware that the quickest resolution will be to uninstall the MS patch.
