ERROR: SNMPv3 - Not in Time Windows - The agent determined that the packets timeliness was not within the threshold. Do another discovery to re-synchronize. Change SNMP timeout setting to 3000ms.

Cause

This is a SNMPv3 configuration issue on the device.

Resolution

Check the Timeout setting on SNMP on the device configuration and set to 3000ms.
Check the Timeout setting within Orion by going to Orion Web > Settings > Polling Settings > Under Network change value for SNMP Timeout to 3000ms.
