This article explains that Eaton UPS devices are not fully supported and SolarWinds does not have a native poller for these devices.

Eaton Devices are not fully supported.
SolarWinds NPM does not have a native poller for Eaton UPS devices.
As a workaround, you may check the Universal Poller available in THWACK.
You may also submit a feature request to the Development team.
