Find and download the latest version of SolarWinds products

This article provides instructions to find and download the latest versions, hotfixes, and service packs from the SolarWinds Customer Portal.

This article describes how to find and download the latest versions/hotfixes/service packs for your licensed SolarWinds products from the Customer Portal including:

Download and install the latest product version

Log in to the SolarWinds Customer Portal and select the SolarWinds ID (SWID) associated with your product's license.
If you have not yet created a SolarWinds account, see New User - How do I access the Customer Portal to create an account.
From the home page of your Customer Portal, under Latest Downloads for Your Products, locate your available product from the list. Be sure to review the product's release notes.
To download the corresponding software, click Download

Under Latest Release Downloads for your product, there will be an option for the online or offline installer
- If you are using the online installer, the installer applies the license for your product and includes any hotfixes.
- If you are using the offline installer, you must manually locate and enter the license for your product from Manage Licenses in the Customer Portal. You must also individually download and install any hotfixes. Previous software versions are available by selecting the drop-down menu.

When the download is complete, open and runs the executable file.
Follow the prompts to complete the installation of the latest product version using the Orion Installer.

Download and install a hotfix

Note: The following only applies to products being updated offline. If you are using the online installer to update, the online version includes any applicable hotfixes.

Log in to the SolarWinds Customer Portal.
Navigate to Downloads > Hotfixes.
Select the product hotfix to download from the "View Hotfixes for License:" dropdown list.
Only products with available hotfixes are shown in the dropdown list.
Next to the hotfix, you wish to install, click Download.
When the download is complete, open and runs the executable file. The Orion Installer completes the installation of the hotfix.
