Overview

The Dameware Remote Everywhere (DRE) supports many OS such as Windows, Linux, and macOS and you can download all of the installers from the admin area.

Resolution

1. Log in to the Admin Area.

2. Go to the Download menu and then select the macOS installer for the technician console or the agent.
