This article details steps on how to download a recorded session from the DRE Admin Area.

Dameware Remote Everywhere

Resolution

Navigate to your Admin Area.
Go to REPORTS>Session History.
Click on the session corresponding to the recording.
Select the Video tab.
Click the recorded video desired.
- A new browser tab will open and the video will start to play.
- Please note that recordings are only available for download up to 6 months after they were performed.
Hit the SAVE button located on the top right corner.
