Download Orion Web Console product updates

The Orion Web Console automatically checks for available updates to your currently installed Orion Platform products. With the Orion Platform 2019.2 and later, you can update products from your Orion Web Console.

Overview

The SolarWinds Orion Web Console automatically checks for available updates to your currently installed SolarWinds Orion Platform products. If updates are available, a notification is posted to the Desktop Notification tool. 

With the Orion Platform 2019.2 and later, you can install the latest updates directly from your Orion Web Console.

Resolution

  1. Click Settings > My Orion Deployment. 
  2. In an Orion Platform 2019.2 deployment, click the Updates Available tab.
    In an Orion Platform 2019.4 or later deployment, click the Updates & Evaluations tab.
    The tab lists the available hot fixes and product upgrades.
  3. Complete the wizard to upgrade your products. See the Orion Platform Installation and Upgrade Guide for details.
