Display unmanaged nodes in the Orion web console summary page

Overview

There is no resource called Unmanaged Nodes that can be placed on the Orion summary view.

Unlike nodes that are down which has a resource called Down Nodes.

Instead you can use the resource All Nodes - Table then use a filter to only display nodes that are in unmanaged state.

Cause

  • No default resource

Resolution

  1. From the Orion Summary Page, click on Customize Page.
  2. Click + to add a resource.
  3. Do a search using "nodes" as a keyword.
  4. Add the All Nodes – Table resource.
  5. From the All Nodes - Table Resource, click Edit.

  6. Enter Status = '9' under Filter nodes (SQL) and then click Submit.

  7. See the example below of a an All Nodes - Table resource which only shows the unmanaged nodes. You can edit the resource and rename to something appropriate.
