Disable ServU Web Client for a ServU Domain

This article helps Serv-U administrators to remove the capability of the Serv-U users on a specific Serv-U domain in accessing Serv-U through Serv-U Web Client.

This article describes how to disable Serv-U Web Client for a specific Serv-U domain.

Cause

Not Applicable.

Resolution

Log into the Serv-U Administrator Console.
Go to the Domain Limits & Settings.
Under Limits tab, go to HTTP Limit Type.
Click the Add button found on the lower part of the screen.
Select the following Limit: Allow users to use Web Client.
Untick the checkbox for "Allow users to use Web Client".
Click Save.
