Disable HA in the command prompt

This article shows how to disable HA using Command Prompt, in case the SolarWinds Platform Web Console is not accessible.

Resolution

On your SolarWinds Platform Server, open a Command Prompt as an Administrator.
Enter the following command to change to the directory where the SolarWinds Platform is installed: (default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion
Enter the following command,

HAEnableDisable /DisableHA

For specific pools,

HAEnableDisable /DisablePool
