Cause

SaveFolder is not correctly set in Registry Editor - Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SolarWinds\Orion\SWA\Diagnostics

Resolution

Check if the SaveFolder is correctly set in Registry Editor - Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SolarWinds\Orion\SWA\Diagnostics
If not then change it to correct directory as shown below :
