Device View page is not showing the Stencils of the supported devices

Overview

When navigating to Device View Subview, the Stencils of the supported Network Switch are not displayed. No website error seen.

Cause

This is a known issue in SolarWinds Platform 2024.2.

The issue is caused by Interface Status Number 14 is causing the Stencils not to show up based on the Development tools screenshot:

Unfortunately, device view tab does not work correctly in case one of interfaces has status 14 - Critical. (mentioned 15, 20, 49 nodes have at least 1 interface with Critical status)

Resolution

A fix for this issue is included in SolarWinds Platform 2025.4. Consider upgrading your environment.
