Use the following procedure to find devices whose configuration files are not backed up in NCM.

Resolution

  1. In the Orion Web Console, click My Dashboards > Configs > Config Summary.
  2. Look for the resource called Overall Devices Backed Up vs. Not Backed Up. This resource shows the percentage of devices with configs that are not backed up.
    Note: If this device is not shown, you can add it to the page . 
  3. Click the pie chart to open the Overall Devices Backed Up vs. Not Backup Up page, which lists the devices.
