Create a template to detect the service 

  1. Scan nodes for the template On the Orion Web Console, go to Settings > SAM Settings > Component Monitor Wizard > Windows Service Monitor
  2. Choose a service
  3. Follow the prompts to create the new template

Scan nodes for the template 

  1. On the Orion Web Console, go to Settings > SAM Settings > Application Discovery
  2. Select all Windows nodes.
  3. Scan the nodes for the newly created template. The discovery will run in the background and automatically add the application where it finds the same service

Create the report

  1. On the Orion Web Console, go to Settings > Manage Reports > Create New Report
  2. Select the Custom Table Resource
  3. Apply the following query to filter:
    Application Name is equal to (NameOfAppFromAbove)
  4. Select columns that you want to display
