Overview

After configuring the Publish to web settings in IP Address Management tool in Toolset for web, the results are not showing in the Orion Web console.

Resolution

If the Toolset Desktop with IP Address Management is installed in the same server as Orion:

Ensure that "Publish to the web" is enabled under Settings> Preferences in IP Address Management
Go to File> Publish all Subnets to Web, Put the path of the (Orion Drive installation)\InetPub\SolarWinds\Orion

If the Toolset Desktop with IP Address Management is installed on a different machine as the Orion server:

Set a folder where the auto-published 'htm' file will be saved by the IP Address Management tool
Configure IIS to broadcast the html file
Open IIS > create a new Site
Set the Physical Path as the same folder where the auto=publish htm file is saved by the IP Address Management tool
In the Bindings section, set the IP and the port you want to be used by IIS to broadcast the htm file
Once the IIS bindings is set, configure Orion to use this URL as one of it's External Website
Log in to the Orion console as the administrator
Go to the Settings tab > All Settings > Customize Navigation & Look > External Websites > create a new entry and use the IIS URL binding
Go to My Dashboards > Configure > Menu Bar: Admin > click ADD and create the IP Address Management label, and use the URL from the External Websites page

Note: The IP Address Management tool AND the SolarWinds Orion Toolset Integration Service the should always be running in the Toolset Desktop machine for the auto-publish to work.
