Deployment Health Check does not work for Additional Web Server after upgrading to SolarWinds Platform 2024.4.

After upgrading to SolarWinds Platform 2024.4, the Deployment Health checks on the Deployment Health page does not work on the Additional Web Server (AWS), but remains working on the Main Polling Engine (MPE).

Overview

After upgrading to SolarWinds Platform 2024.4, the health checks on the Deployment Health page do not work. The jobs show as last checked "Never," when you attempt to run the checks manually, they will spin indefinitely. This issue is limited to Deployment Health accessed on Additional Web Servers. The Deployment Health page on the Primary Polling engine should continue to work as expected.

Cause

This issue occurs when the following conditions are met:

Running SolarWinds Platform 2024.4
Accessing Deployment Health page from Additional Web Server

Resolution

To resolve this issue, please upgrade to SolarWinds Platform 2025.2 and above. If an upgrade is not possible, use the Main Polling Engine to access the Deployment Health page.
