This article provides steps on how you can delete dynamic query from group in NPM

Resolution

Select the group with the dynamic query that needs to be removed
Click on the add/remove objects page.
You will see the list of nodes on the left side of the page, and then the current group members on the right side (including the dynamic query).
Select the dynamic query then click the remove arrow that points to the left.
Submit.

This should remove only the dynamic query for you from the group in question.
