Resolution

STM has reached end of life (EOL) status as of January 1. Below are the instructions for deactivating the license.

Access the STM console (http://<ip address>:9000) using administration login credentials.
Go to Settings > License Manager, then click Deactivate.
You will receive a pop up window that the license has been deactivated.
