Cause

Configuration Wizard Fails on the Database as the SolarWinds Platform does not have sufficient Rights to Create/Modify the Database.

Resolution

If receiving this through the Centralized Upgrade page, try running the Configuration Wizard manually on the polling engine by logging in via an RDP, Start menu > SolarWinds Platform > Configuration Wizard.
Use the SA or other higher rights run through the Configuration Wizard.
If using SA is not possible, give the account full rights to update SolarWinds Platform DB, and after that, limit it to DBOWNER and full access to only the SolarWinds Platform database.
