Cause

The ImportMapBatch.exe task did not complete in time during the Configuration Wizard.

Resolution

If the configuration wizard does not complete in a timely manner, you can work around this issue by ending the IMPORTMAPBATCH.exe task in the Task Manager. You may need to end this task twice: once for SAMPLE MAPS and once for OLD maps.

If the configuration wizard completes with an error, the wizard is not completing the Import maps tasks. This error occurs due to the old code and the sample maps are already in the system.

Ignoring the error message will not affect the installation. Be sure to check the website to make sure it is operating correctly with no errors.
