The following error occurs when running a Database Maintenance report:

Unknown Database Connector Error

Error Code: -2147189183

Cause

This error is caused by a prior error that occurred during installation of the software.

Resolution

Reinstall the Reports application. Make sure you have disabled any anti-virus or anti-malware software before proceeding.
