Overview

Database Maintenance does not start automatically at the scheduled time.   By default, this is at 2:15 AM.

There should be fewer than 10,000 files in C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion.

Cause

There are too many files in the directory for the logs to roll over.

Resolution

  1. Open CMD as administrator.
  2. Run DEL /f /q /s C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\*.log.
  3. Run DEL /f /q /s C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\*.log.*.
