Overview
In your Orion web console, a chart or graph is blocked out with the following message:
Data is not available.
Product section
Cause
The chart settings do not meet the appropriate chart display requirements. This issue can occur if:
- The Maximum Number of Data Series Displayed on Chart setting value is too small.
- The Chart Aspect Ratio setting value is 3 or lower, which is too small for charts that display minimum, maximum, and average chart data.
Resolution
- Open your Orion web console.
- Click Settings.
- Under Product Specific Settings, click Web Console Settings.
- Locate Chart Settings.
- Change the Maximum Number of Data Series Displayed on Chart value to a value between 10 and 25.
- Ensure that the Chart Aspect Ratio setting is set to a value above 3.
- Save your settings.
- Return to your web console and verify that the charts appear correctly.
See Orion Web Console charts display Data is not available for additional information.
Notes:
- Check for a huge number of days in Polling Settings like 1500000 days for traps.
- Confirm the Database Maintenance completes successfully.
