If you wish to create an MSP Anywhere Tech Console icon on your Windows Taskbar, you should:

Right click on the icon SolarWinds N-able MSP Anywhere present on your Desktop
Select Pin to Taskbar

You can also:

Go to C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\BeAnywhere Support Express\Console
Right-click on BAConsoleApp.exe
Select Pin to Taskbar
