To start an attended session with a user, go to your dashboard and select 'New Session,' and then 'One Session Applet.'
Copy the session URL and send it to the user.
When the support request appears on your screen, click on it and accept it to start the session.
You and the user can now chat live.
By clicking on 'Remote Desktop,' you can see the user's desktop and interact with their computer by clicking inside the Remote Desktop screen.
