Overview

When connecting to a remote computer, you may get the following error:

This will typically occur if FIPS mode is ON in the MRC Host settings and the agent is running Dameware 12.2.

Cause

The MRC host version is running an older version, while the agent is running version 12.2.

Resolution

Make sure both the MRC Host and the Agent are running the same Dameware version.
