The MRC Send menu options are grayed out after the upgrade to 12.3.0.

Overview

This applies to the following scenarios.

Citrix environment
The user is connecting to a jump box server to launch the DMRC
DMRC user is not an admin to the jump box where DMRC was installed
They are only admins to the remote computers
Only some DMRC users are affected
Dameware MRC version is 12.3.0

Resolution

Redo or recreate the affected user Citrix Profile.
