Dameware Remote Everywhere

Resolution

  1. Access the remote device.
  2. Open the DameWare Remote Everywhere Settings application.
    • (Windows) You can find it on the system tray (bottom right corner of your desktop)DREAgentSystemTray-.png
    • or by searching for 'DameWare Remote Everywhere Agent Configuration' application. SearchDRE.png
  3. Press the SETTINGS button.
  4. Mark the option Limit image capture.DRE Settings.png
  5. Press the APPLY button.
  6. Start (or Restart) a session to the afflicted device with these new settings.

You should notice a significant decrease in CPU/DWM/BASupTSHelper usage during remote sessions.
