Overview

DPA has been removed from the environment. However, the following is seen in the Orion Web Console:

Remote SWIS(s) not responding:
DPA server (Endpoint is not available) » Go to DPA

Database Performance Analyzer

Cause

DPA has been removed from the environment. However, the Orion Platform thinks that DPA is still there.

Resolution

Remove the DPA server link from the Orion website:

Go to Settings -> All Settings
Click on Database Performance Analyzer (in Product Specific Settings).
Click Manage DPA Servers.
Click the trash can to remove the link from the Orion website to the DPA server.
