DPA - Upgrade cannot proceed due to Maintenance and Licenses Expired

Overview

DPA Upgrade will stop in the middle of the upgrade process if there are any Expired Licenses showing within DPA License Manager page. This ideally would be remedied prior to the DPA Upgrade Attempt.

Remove/Delete all Expired Licenses showing within the DPA License Manager to allow the DPA Upgrade to complete. Then, work with Customer Service to remedy any License mis-match between the DPA application License Manager and Customer Portal license store.

Cause

The Cause is due to DPA Upgrade code not allowing Upgrade to complete if any Expired Licenses are showing within DPA License Manager page. Then, work with Customer Service to remedy any License mis-match between the DPA application License Manager and Customer Portal license store.

Resolution

Delete or Remove all Expired Licenses showing within DPA License Manager.
