Current hardware health resource doesn't show all sensors after upgrade to NPM 12

After upgrading to NPM version 12.x, you may find on the node details view that not all the hardware health sensors are being listed.

Overview

After upgrading to NPM version 12.x, you may find on the node details view that not all the hardware health sensors are being listed.

Cause

This may be due to auto selected listing. 

Resolution

If the sensors data exists for that node in the database, following the steps below:
 

  1. Go to View (node details).
  2. Edit the resource.
  3. Change from automatic (which may have been sensors per device and category) to either sensors per category or flat sensor list.
  4. Click save and see if the missing sensor appears.
