Resolution

  1. On the Web Console, either find the out of the box alert me when a transaction is down and duplicate this OR click Alert > Create New Alert.
  2. Assign a Name for the Alert and click Next.
  3. In the I want to alert field, select Transaction.
  4. Select  Transaction : Status : is equal : down.
  5. Save and configure the rest of the alert
