How to be alerted when a Poller is not Sync to the SQL Database in Orion Platform

This article provides information on how to create or enable an alert for when the Orion has not synched with the SQL Database.

How to monitor when an Orion Polling engine has not synched with the SQL Database for more than 10 minutes.

Resolution

Log in to the Orion Web Console.
Go to Settings > All Settings
Under Alert & Reports, click on Manage Alerts
On the Search bar, type in "No Polling Engine Update in last 10 minutes."
Configure the Alert action to your specification
Enable the Alert afterward

NOTE: This alert means the Polling engine has lost the connection or no updates have been made within the last 10 minutes.
