Resolution

  1. Log in to Orion Web Console using Administrator Account.
  2. Go to Settings > Alerts & Reports > click Manage Reports.
  3. Click on Create New Report > in Add Content, select the Custom Table resource name.
  4. Click SELECT AND CONTINUE to proceed.
  5. Choose your preferred selection method. (In this example, we choose Dynamic Query Builder and Advanced Selector).
  6. In I want to report on drop-down list, select Wireless Access Point. Set your filtering condition.
  7. Define a descriptive Selection Name:
  8. Click on Add to Layout to proceed.
  9. In the Edit Resource Page, click on Add Column.
  10. In the Available Columns, select Wireless Access Point as the Orion Object.
  11. Select in Group by drop-down list. (i.e. [No Grouping] - Wireless Client History).
  12. Select the desired column from Database Column Name to be display in the report. (i.e. SSID,Name,MAC,Bps Rx+Tx).
  13. Click on Add Column to proceed.
  14. Choose Preview Resource to display report otherwise click SUBMIT to proceed.
  15. On the Layout Builder Tab, Assign a descriptive Title Header then click Next to proceed
    On the Preview Tab, click Next to proceed.
    On the Properties Tab, click Next to proceed
    On the Schedule Report Tab, choose preferred option then click Next to proceed
    On the Summary Tab, review the report configuration summary
  16. Click on Submit to save changes.
