Resolution

1. Manage reports create/edit.

2. Select the Average Response Time.

Go to Environment, and then Select Advanced search. On the Add display settings, select Data Units from the dwp-down box.

3. It will show you the available Units of measurement data. Select to preview the resources.

4. On this example, data of measurement selected is miliseconds and no decimal numbers.
