Overview

After upgrading Serv-U to the latest version, 2026.3, the Serv-U Management Console may not open.

Cause

The server where the Serv-U MFT Server 2026.3 may not have a default browser installed.

Resolution

Make sure that you have a default browser installed on the server (i.e. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox).
